Please ensure you use your gift voucher before the card expires.​

A consultation will be required prior to all treatments administered. It may be necessary on occassion to receive a GP referral for permission for a treatment to be administered or an alternative to the same value may be offered in some cases.

No money refunds will be offered in conjunction with a gift card if a treatment of lesser value is chosen.
